How it works · from payment to the first trade

How the bot works, from payment to the first trade

You sign up, we install and configure the bot, and from there it trades on its own in your account.

The account is opened in your name with the prop firm. We do not trade for you: we leave the software running and we keep it running.

No courses, and nothing promised about returns.

What happens between paying and the bot trading

Six steps: two yours, three ours and one the bot's. In none of them do we trade in your place.

  1. You

    You choose how to pay

€1,700 once, or €1,400 plus 30% of the profits you make. Both include exactly the same thing and the only difference is how you pay; the full breakdown is on pricing.

  2. You

You open your prop firm account

In your name, at FTMO, The Prop Trade or Xfunded. You pay the evaluation to the firm yourself and it is separate from the price of the bot. Before we take payment we confirm that the combination of firm, account and platform allows automated trading.

  3. Fondeobot

We install and configure the bot

We do it, remotely: you do not touch files or adjust parameters. Exactly what gets installed is on the trading system page.

  4. Fondeobot

We leave it running on the VPS we include

The infrastructure is in the price. The bot keeps trading with your computer switched off, and you do not have to rent a server yourself or pay a separate monthly fee.

  5. The bot · in your account

    The bot starts trading

From here it places the trades in your account. You keep access and control at all times, including the option to stop it.

  6. Fondeobot

    Technical support and updates

A direct channel to the team for faults and questions about how it works, plus new versions of the system. Technical support for the software: we do not comment on your trades.

Who trades, and whose account it is

The bot trades, inside your account. Access never leaves your hands.

You open the account and it is in your name with the prop firm. The bot runs on top of it: there is no intermediate account, no pooled fund and nowhere your money stops being yours.

We do not manage anyone else's capital and we do not trade in your place. What we sell, and what you buy, is a software licence and its rollout; the orders the program opens are yours and they sit in your history, not ours.

That includes being able to stop it. If one day you decide to switch the bot off, you switch it off: it is your decision and nobody has to authorise it.

With the €1,400 plus 30% option, part of the price is worked out on the profits you make. That does not change who controls the account either, and the terms of both ways of paying are set out on the pricing page.

How the VIP channel fits with the bot

They are two different things and they work separately. The bot trades on its own; the channel is a trader posting two or three trades a day.

The channel is included in the price, with both ways of paying, but it is a service separate from the bot. Neither depends on the other.

A trader on the team is the one posting. What they send are informational signals: general market information, not recommendations tailored to your circumstances, your account or your tolerance for risk.

Whether to follow them is always your decision. If what you want is something trading without you having to watch your phone, that is the bot; the channel is a different thing and it is there for whatever you want to do with it.

Which prop firms it works with, and why their rules matter

FTMO, The Prop Trade and Xfunded. Every firm sets its own limits on automated trading, and they are limits a bot can hit without its owner noticing.

Those are the three we work with today. If you trade with a different one, ask us before you buy rather than after.

The rules matter because you cannot see them on the chart: requests to the server, orders open at the same time, trading inside the window around a news release. A manual trader rarely gets near those ceilings; a program reaches them without anyone intending to.

Of the three, FTMO is the only one whose limits we have gone through against its own public pages, source by source and with the date we checked them: what FTMO allows and bans with expert advisors. We have not verified The Prop Trade's or Xfunded's yet, so we do not publish them: we would rather say nothing than say it without a source.

Before we take payment we confirm that your combination of firm, account and platform allows automation. Each firm sets its own conditions and can change them whenever it likes.

Frequently asked questions

Who trades in my account, you or the bot?
The bot, and always inside your own account. The account is opened in your name with the prop firm, and we neither manage anyone else's capital nor trade in your place: what we sell is the software and its rollout. You keep access to the account and control of it at all times.
Can I stop the bot whenever I want?
Yes. The bot runs in your own account and control of that account is yours, so stopping it is your decision and nobody has to authorise it. If you have any question about how it works before or after doing so, the technical support channel is included in the price.
Do I have to leave my computer on for the bot to trade?
No. The infrastructure is included in the price: the bot runs on a VPS, not on your machine, and it keeps trading with your computer switched off. You do not have to rent a server yourself or pay a separate monthly fee.
Is there any cost beyond the price of the bot?
Yes, one: the prop firm challenge, which you pay to the firm directly and which is not included in the price on this site. What is included, with both ways of paying, is the bot, the installation and configuration, the VPS, the VIP signal channel, technical support and updates. With the €1,400 option there is also 30% of the profits you make.
How is this different from buying an expert advisor on a marketplace?
Who else is running it. A mass-market EA hands the same logic and the same default parameters to hundreds of buyers, and FTMO itself warns that this can expose you to having your account denied for exceeding its capital allocation limit, which it counts per trader or per strategy. Here you are not buying a single EA: you are buying a portfolio of strategies, installed and configured for your specific account. That does not exempt you from any limit in the rulebook, and it says nothing about how the trading will go.
What if my prop firm changes its rules after I buy?
Each firm sets its own conditions and can change them whenever it likes; neither we nor you control that. That is why the price includes updates to the system, which is how the bot adapts when the environment it trades in changes. Complying with the firm's rulebook remains the responsibility of the account holder, which is you.

Confirm compatibility

Tell us which firm and which account you plan to trade and we will confirm whether the bot is compatible. No sales call: you tell us the firm, the account size and the platform, and we answer in writing.
